You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, returned items must:

• Be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
• Be packed in their original packaging with all included cushioning and boxes.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation number.

3. Zero Restocking Fees ($0.00)

We do not charge any restocking fees or administrative return penalties. Your full item purchase price will be refunded.

4. Damaged or Defective Items (100% Free Replacement / Refund)

If your ceramic piece arrives broken or damaged in transit, please photograph the damaged item and shipping box, and email us at info@decovantas.com within 7 days of delivery. We will immediately ship you a free replacement or issue a 100% full refund—including covering all associated shipping costs.
