1. Free Standard Shipping on All US Orders

We are pleased to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping ($0.00) on every single purchase within the United States. There are no minimum spend thresholds, membership requirements, or surprise fees at checkout.

2. Shipping Destinations (United States Only)

We ship exclusively within the United States, covering all 50 US States (including Alaska and Hawaii) as well as APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

3. Order Processing & Handling Times

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
  • Every ceramic piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection prior to packaging.

4. Transit & Delivery Times

  • Standard US Delivery Time: 3–7 business days following dispatch.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 business days from order placement.
  • Carrier Partners: We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx for dependable, tracked delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your direct tracking number so you can monitor your package in real-time.

6. Reinforced Protective Packaging for Ceramics

Because ceramics require specialized handling, each vessel is individually wrapped in heavy-duty multi-layer bubble wrap, secured with custom void-fill cushioning, and packaged inside heavy-walled, crush-resistant corrugated shipping cartons.

7. Sales Tax Policy

All prices displayed on DECO VANTAS are completely tax-free ($0.00 sales tax). The price you see on the product page is the exact total price you pay at checkout.

8. Dispatch Origin & Support
